I went to college with a BMW-driving young lady who had back trouble, an obvious limp, and one leg noticeably shorter than the other. Day came when I found out the deal: she was a high school freshman riding one of those county fair whirloctopuswhatev thingies when the car she was seated in came unbolted at an apex. Threw her and a friend into an adjacent field.
