These twins used to live near me. They would walk crab-like, sideways, down the side walk. First time I saw them, I darn near wrecked doing a double take.
As I recall, they had worked the side-show "freak show" circuit until the bleeding hearts "helped" them by doing away with their occupation.
I recall than some church built them a home that accommodated their needs.
