I feel like I owe the forum this follow-up.

Today was a good-shooting day.

When I posted this, I was only making it to the range every 2-3 months. Since then, a very nice facility opened up and I've been going about biweekly.

Today I took 5 guns out and shot all 5 to my satisfaction. The Glock 19, in particular, sang in my hands today. Though based on the heavy brass-to-face and keyholing, it really doesn't like PMC Bronze. Since I've had pretty uniformly mediocre experiences with PMC ammo, that isn't something I'm ready to blame on the gun. The Gold Dot 124 +ps flew true and ejected strong.

I've been practicing more and focusing on drills and fundamentals, and I'm really happy to say this stuff really works. There's no magic. It's just getting the range time in and practicing your bad habits away.

I'm not always a good shooter. Today I was. It's a good day.
