Here is a link to a site where folks can compare hit factors in various divisions. Leaving aside some fixed par time standards, every HF scored classifier I checked, required a higher HF for CO. Folks should have a look.

1 of the main reasons I didn't want to shoot it. You might as well shoot open.

Looking at some HF examples, CO seems about 7-8 percent harder than Production, 4-5 percent easier than Limited, and way easier than Open.

You have shot waaaay more classifiers than me, but the few classifiers I have shot CO was a higher HF than limited, and very close to
Open.

I certainly haven't looked at each classifier in the data base, and as Taadski pointed out, there can be some funny stuff with classifiers. If you can find those you shot, and run them through the site I linked, I would be very curious as to what you find.
