    Last time I inquired I was told summer. Then when pressed further, I was told July or August. It seems to keep getting pushed farther and farther back given some in the industry were saying it would be displayed at the NRA show.

    I wouldn't hold my breath. Colt is having serious QC issues. The rifles they are shipping to a large LE customer are showing up with dings in the receivers (gouges really - showing bare aluminum), missing charging handles, crooked has blocks (to the point the rifle won't function), etc.

    I have no idea why this is happening but I'd love to see them leave the commie state and not have to tolerate the unions.

    I think this might be it. Lipseys has it on their website as well. The spec sheet says release date of October 2016 so maybe we are close.
