I shot this drill several times on an IPSC target with a Gen4 G19 and a VP9 today. Both guns were in K-Rounds IWB holsters, with a hoodie for concealment.
With the VP9, I could get 12-13 A-zone hits before the second buzzer. I felt like I was under water with the G19. I never got more than 8 hits in the par time. Splits felt like they took forever and you could have timed my reloads with a glacier.
I got the VP9 about three months ago and have put about 2k rounds through it since then. Before that I did all of my speed work with a G17 or G19, and a reload under 2.5 seconds was cause for celebration. Lately, reloads with the VP9 have been consistent at 1.7-1.9 seconds, which is shocking.
After shooting several runs on the Small Target AMRAP, the head shots on this drill were easy, but counting shots was a mind-bender.

Oh boy, this is stupid hard for me. My draw and reload alone account for 5.5 - 6 seconds of total time, that doesn't leave much room for splits not to mention accuracy.

I shot this today amongst several other DOTWs. Took some live fire time off and I'm catching up… First time shooting this drill.
Sig 226 in my duty rig, a Safariland 6360 (ALS/SLS).
I shot this three times.
Run 1: 7.17 13/14 hits under par.
Run 2: 6.69 clean 14/14.
Run 3: 7.56 12/14 hits under par. One body was about an inch high + the second head was overtime.
I have some upcoming commitments that required me to change equipment. Single run at the end of today's practice session.

eyemahm told me the drill, we both laughed at the par time, and after a quick back-of-the-ass-cheek calculation I determined that 9s would be the realistic par time for us, almost just guessing I might add.
Well, I did it in 8.99, -2 = 9.99. Pretty good guess
Can't help but wonder if the winner of this DotW is supposed to get a flashlight
