Beretta PX4 Full Size

FWIW, just out of curiosity I loaded ten rounds of my current load with Federal 205 (small rifle) primers and ran them through my PX4 with 12 lb. hammer spring. I fired five pairs, DA/SA, and all fired first try. I'm going to load 100 to see if they're reasonably reliable for practice ammo. If so, I'll start using them. I expect no performance benefit, I just have almost a full case of those primers sitting around and don't see myself loading that much rifle ammo.

Sorry for the necro, but I saw a bit of interesting info while going through this thread.

Seems like Ernest has used a non-captive stainless steel recoil guide rod from SSGuideRods for the full size Px4 and it made me think of what recoil spring would be compatible with the Px4, aside from taking apart the OEM captive ones. Think a 92 recoil spring would work?
