Can you upload photos when not making a new post?

I've looked everywhere (except where it is, apparently) for a gallery or somewhere to upload photos to. The only way I can figure it out is going it in a thread. That makes it a two step process for me, upload photo from phone and then type from laptop to edit in whatever I want to say. (My fingers...and brain...aren't built for texting)

Bbl - If it helps, I use Tapatalk on my smartphone (iPhone 6) and upload phone pictures as well as add text at the same time.

Tapatalk on a smartphone works pretty well.

    Gotcha.

Not sure if related, but my profile has a 'photo' section; I never noticed that before.

Edit: Sorry, its under 'my activity'. My bad. Ill be quiet now.

That is correct. I don't mind doing a sentence or two, but for anything more involved I want a real keyboard. I can see the photos I've uploaded here via posting, but can't figure out any way to just upload them and let them sit until I'm ready to put them in a post (other than using a 3rd party website like photobucket).
