    Replace BHP Safety?

I'd like to get an extended safety for mine (over the small one that somebody installed on the Mk.III I bought last month).

So: one side or ambi? I'm a righty.

My gunsmith will do it if I buy the part: Should I get one from Numrich or Cylinder & Slide? The C&S ones seem to be about 40% more expensive.

    Recommendations?

I have a C&S safety on one of my BHPs.
It works well. Not familiar with the one Numrich sells.

The C&S one is my go to. Great, strong tool steel and proven over the decades so it's been my choice on my carry and competition Hi Powers.

C&S on two guns now. Check your gunsmith's work carefully -- it's easy to mis-fit and wind up sloppy.

C&S, definitely. Single side. A RH shooter doesn't need an amphibious safety and the outboard wing will catch on everything.

    C&S......
Just a Hairy Special Snowflake supply clerk with no field experience, shooting an Asymetric carbine as a Try Hard. Snarky and easily butt hurt. Favorite animal is the Cape Buffalo....likely indicative of a personality disorder.
