I'd say DC drivers are about the worst I've ever seen if they get 1/2" of snow (yes, worse than Atlanta).

I just drove from Reston to Manassas. I66 is already slick as snot. The roads in Manassas are no better. No real accumulation, just black ice.

For some reason, the roads are very slick. More so than you'd expect with the dusting we have so far.
