Not so tactical but I've been liking Duluth underwear. I wait for the sales. Sometimes the colors are 'interesting' but so what. Makes the wife laugh. I've gotten quite a few pants from them and the lined ones worked well in our recent snow storms. Easy to have a G42 in the front pocket and get to it with my thinner winter gloves.

There are 2 utility pockets besides the cargo pocket on the left side.
1 is visible and not covered by the cargo flap. My iPhone 14 will not fit in.
1 is under the cargo flap on top of the cargo pocket. My phone fits easily in it.
The phone is a 14 in a case.
That is the pocket more to the front of the thigh?
