We all like a good story about a good guy/gal doing good things with their guns, but sometimes we just need to shake our heads at idiots doing their best to screw it up for the rest of us. I figured I'd make a thread for LEOs who wish to share examples.
To kick things off, from a media summary for a recent case that was the impetus for this thread:
Guy shot at 3 unarmed women in a car. Criminal recklessness charges likely forthcoming.A resident discovered that he had been burglarized when he returned home from work... He shortly observed a vehicle slowly proceeding westbound in the alley behind his home and assumed they were responsible for the crime. He walked into the alley, shouted at the driver and fired his gun at them. The resident was mistaken about the occupants of the vehicle that he targeted.
