Nice looking blade! Please keep us posted. Looking forward to GJM's general wilderness review.

That is a very nice looking blade and I can see just in the geometry what it is capable of doing that the first HiTS had a harder time doing. It looks like the edge geometry is somewhat similar to his kwaiken and mixing your handle with that type of edge was something I thought would make a great all around knife.

I have a couple of questions:

From looking at the photos it's hard to tell, is it a chisel, hollow or saber grind?

What's the reason for the raised "clip" near the point of the knife on the spine?

Is it going to be offered in Joe's "jap wrap"? (it's my favorite)

Whenever it's offered, I'll take at least three immediately :-). Make it be soon, pretty please? Pretty please with a cherry on top?

Very nice looking general purpose knife. Watson does exceptional work.

Agreed, my cord wrapped Magni Ti is my favorite blade.

I'm 100% in. Preferably with his jap wrap and tracker dan style sheath

Is this blade made with 154cm as well?

Is Watson going to do the spork too? I would be interested in a matching set.

    I'd buy a set.

We are likely not doing a group buy as Joe has established dealers and commitments to them. Are usual deal is a means for HiTS students to go direct for obvious reasons.

I ll talk to Joe about handles, but current plans on this are G10. It is hollow V ground, not chisel. The raised portion at the tip adds some tip strength and penetration width. It also allows for some minor geometry changes as needed....plus, I just like it and it was the favored profile from an early mentor that worked well with some techniques he taught me.

Just a Hairy Special Snowflake supply clerk with no field experience, shooting an Asymetric carbine as a Try Hard. Snarky and easily butt hurt. Favorite animal is the Cape Buffalo....likely indicative of a personality disorder.
