Eh, they both took cracks at each other's products.

Competition is good. Supplying a paint mixer lid thing with a trigger = wierd.

I refuse to buy his products on principle. I have yet to find anything he makes that is better than a competitor that I could also buy from. YMMV

The MBT is getting the reviews it needs to meet your criteria if you measure "price" as "better than a competitor."

Personally, I know people that know Mark in real life and from people I know and trust, he checks out. Your mileage may vary. I look forward to installing my first fancy trigger tonight.

My mileage does vary, and I'll pay not to use his products, so long as I am sourcing a comparable or better item, price is irrelevant to me. Now, I won't let intangibles (emotion) get in the way of tangibles (better gear), but I have yet to find something of his that I can't get an equal of at the very least from others. If you don't have a problem with Mark, then I'd say the MBT is a great buy (intangibles aside). I choose to do otherwise. I've known people who knew him when he was a no-body in this industry and looking for an "in".

I have read some of the positive reviews of the MBT. It seems to be "like it, and my Geissele, they are just a bit different but both are nice", as far as I can tell based on the consensus.

Yeah, price very much matters to me and I'm the guy who has never considered a "fancy" trigger before and loves his ALG QMS with heavy spring on his 5.45 AR

I found out what the danged mixer is really for - margaritas. Pretty cool.
