    A NAA in .22lr killed the shit out of Trooper Coates. Bullet hit him through the bicep, entered his arm pit, penetrated enough to cut the aorta. He was dead inside of a minute, and incapacitated in less than 15 seconds. This is why my rule of thumb is "If it goes bang then it can kill you".

    With the .22mag from the 1 1/8" barrel velocities are in the 800-1000fps range
