Re; tennis elbow. 12 yrs or so ago I got it bad in my right arm. Cortisone shot and elbow brace fixed it for 18 months and then back. Another cortisone shot and more brace wearing fixed it pretty much permanently. 3 yrs ago it started in the left arm. Went to the same doc, told him what was happening, and expected another shot. He said, ah, we are getting away from them now. He gave me exercises to do. I thought yeah right, sure, they will work-not. 6 weeks of wearing the brace and doing the exercises, and it was gone. Un...beliveable. It is still gone. Every once in a while I will get just a hint of it coming back, so I exercise for a couple weeks and it is gone. The exercises are easy to do. I do them while sitting at the PC. Slows my typing some, but usually I just stop exercises for a few minutes, type, and then start back again and add a few more reps to the total.
