So apparently the Apex trigger is only compatible with a Gen3 trigger bar, who's using a Gen3 trigger bar in a Gen4? Thoughts?

I know lots of people say they do that, but I ran into some problems when I tried it in a G22. I couldn't get it to run right, went back to the Gen 4 trigger bar and that fixed the problem. Maybe I did something wrong, but it left me with a concern.
Yup, G19 and G17. Works fine, did not die in the streets.

Been running one in my 26 for a couple years now.
Have fitted and supplied hundreds of customers with them.
Welcome to Africa, bring a hardhat.
I'm doing it. No problems in about 2k rounds.

I have polished, smooth faced gen 3 trigger w/ trigger bar assemblies in my gen 4 17, 19, and 34. Those are my duty and carry guns, and the 19 and 34 both have several thousand rounds each... I've never had a trigger issue with any of them. I love the gen 3 trigger unit.
This is pretty much what I do on any Glock that hits my hands.

The Gen 3 trigger bar in a Gen 4 Glock MAY NOT work properly in a Gen 4 Glock and is not recommended by Glock INC.
I prefer the Gen 4 trigger bar and no longer own a Gen 3 Glock other than a NIB 20th Anniversary Edition G17.
Can some one explain why you would want to use a gen3 bar in a gen4?
