    There used to be a house here. Small house. It’s on a piece of land called Barcelona Neck. You drive on to a golf course and the behind it and in winter it’s a hunting ground. After winter it’s a place where tons of people walk the trails. It’s a peninsula surrounded by the bay.

    Deer hunting. Managed lands lottery. Saw no deer until just before quitting time. Had no shot. Boo lol.

    My new 870 SBS Wilson Combat/Scattergun Technologies Professional Model Clone. I did all the modifications. It started life as a TAC-14. I received my stamp yesterday had it engraved and completed the build. I really like the balance and how handy it is.

    where did you source the barrel? I have an 870P I think would be a lot more useful as an SBS but haven't found spare barrels anywhere.

    It started out as a TAC-14 with a 14 inch barrel...

    870 Youth 21" barrel, 13" stock
    Williams Firesight Vent-Rib mount Ghost Rings
    Mesa Tactical Side Saddle
    Choate +3 Extension
    Nordic Low-Drag Follower
    1913 rail attached to the wood forend
    Chopped forend to clear side saddle and allow manipulations with slide back
    Loading port slightly enlarged, dehorned, and polished
    Bolt deburred and lightly polished

    7+1 rounds of 20-pellet #3 Buck ready to go. But I also have a bunch of 9-pellet #1 Buck and some 14-pellet #2. In addition to a mix of 3/4oz Foster and Brenekke's on hand. Gotta sight it in for slugs.

    You're the second poster I've seen here putting those sights on a home defense shotgun. Any thoughts on durability? I'm thinking of throwing a set on my project 870 until I can afford to have the rib milled for a set of XS express sights.

    Very nice. I was able to snag one last year. I am still getting used to it but it is quit a firearm.
