You can't really tell from the photos, but it's got a surprising amount of cosmetic dings all over it. Little pings and dings, almost like it was dropped on gravel... a few times. Fortunately, on a stainless gun, those don't seem to make much difference.

Yup, it just adds character. None of the dings seem to have hit the barrel crown.

I think you did good. Maybe you could buff out some of the marks but, no big deal. Great house gun. I also would carry it sometimes.
