Lift heavy. Sometimes.
Eat clean.
Rest.
Don't take too many supplements - take "proven" ones if you do.
Do cardio.
Do abs.
Variety is the spice of life, e.g. bench should be incline, decline, DB, BB, etc.
Wear knee sleeves and a weight belt for heavy weights.
Remember the power of the mind when lifting heavy.
But don't overthink it, this shit's not hard to do.
