Pulled 405 last night pretty easy. No belt, in my work clothes. Tonight is squat night. At least I remembered shorts

I'm recent on my tetanus (3 years ago). I washed off the tiny amount of blood, and the wound is pretty small. It got a dab of antibiotic ointment and a band aid. If me knee swells anymore, gets warm, or in anyway worsens I'll be headed to the doctors. Right now it's wrapped an elevated again.
    How's the leg?

Painful with certain movements but mostly managable. Swelling went down, no discoloration, no heat. Pretty sure I'm infection free.

Probably going to start very very light and very very carefully on Monday. It's going to suck and I can't wait.

Changing up and adding some assistance to my 5/3/1 program. My legs already grew necessitating new pants so fuck it.

    So extra lat work.

I haven’t quite chosen exactly what yet but I still have a few days before I’m back to business.

    Awesome stuff Hizze and 03RN.

Did a home workout with 45lb plates and heavy lawn mower ramps. Sounds weak I know, but I’m sore today.

100 x rows with 45lb in each hand. Varying sets to get there.

100 x bend over good morning type things with 45 lb plate held in front of me

100 x front shoulder raise holding a 25 lb plate

Bi and tri work . Some weak curls and behind the neck tricep extensions with the 45 lb plate.

100 x a push press squat thing with the lawn mower ramp that I’m guessing weighs around 40-50 pounds.

Kinda made up my own stuff or modified existing exercises. It’s not something to do all the time but it’s a fun change in the assistance work part of weightlifting. Plus it saved me a trip to the gym and I was already smoked from doing the big lifts twice during the week.

I am digging his single legged RDL quite a bit. Also moved from step ups to single leg squats and like those as well.

How heavy do go with walking lunges?

You and Hizzie are some impressively strong dudes.
