OHP, DL, Squats, and Bench this evening. Smoked. Enjoyed some protein pancakes with peanut butter and some Diet Coke.

My goal tomorrow is to do 100 reps of clean (with front squat) and press. Just going to use 95lbs, but I’ll be surprised if I get 100 total reps.

Back in September, I pulled something in my right leg forcing the fifth rep on a 340 lb trap bar deadlift. I had to lay off for a while but yesterday morning I did a five rep set at 350. So far, nothing hurts!

I'm older with a much more sedentary job.

I’ve been using the X3 bar (the bar with big “rubber bands” that you attach) since I travel so much. Been using for a month now and so far I’m liking it but time will tell if it’s any good.

    I'm doing shoulders. Let's see if I can get 100 with 135

I got 50 reps. Could have I got 100? Probably, but I didn’t want to be in the gym that long and the risk wasn’t worth the reward at this point. I’m so smoked it’s unreal.

100 reps with 135 is great work.

Do you do much arm accessory work?

Got my 100 of standing OHP. 5 sets of 8, 5 sets of 6, then 6 sets of 5.

I will do a day of arms but if I'm busy it's the first workout to go.
