    Are these the same color? They look different but I'm bad at this game. Though I can tell you that the KAC "taupe" SR-15 doesn't look anything at all like that:

    There's a dark earth Pantone too. Pantone is /sort/ of a color authority -- I wouldn't call it absolute, but it's not bad as a reference.

    On my monitor the KAC looks kind of mustardy. In real life the FDE glocks I've seen look pretty taupe.

    I'm just poking fun at our hobby's infatuation with shit.mil and TLAs.
