    Camillus Becker BK10 Value?

I was doing a closet clear-out and came across my old Becker Crewman BK10 fixed blade knife.

I bought this years ago, and didn't ever use it much. A few camping trips, maybe...It's in good shape, just light sheath wear on the blade, but no nicks or scrapes, really.

Anyways, I was going to list it online for sale, and went looking for an eBay comparable, but I can't seem to find any. This BK10 is marked "Camillus New York". I see ones on Amazon for $90 by "Ka Bar", but I'm unsure if that is the same company or quality of steel.

Can any of you knife guys give me a realistic starting price for selling this on eBay?

Mods - If this is not a appropriate thread location, feel free to delete or move...

    Thanks a bunch...rich

If you have an opportunity, you might check some of the for sale ads over on Bladeforums. I have more than a couple of knives, and that tends to be a decent source for establishing current value.

The old Becker's were a decent blade for the price they charged, I have a BK1 laying around someplace.

Quick hit on B-F seems that they're desirable - didn't see a price mentioned though.

Thanks all. I might just hang onto it, and find out more about Camillus blades and why they aren't made any more.

It is a nice compact size for a large knife, and very strong.

Just an update for anyone interested, I just sold it on eBay; the winning bid was $102.
