So what all options on Night sights for a S&W 1911 9mm are out there? I've found a few but none that really are what I'm looking for. I'd like to find a Front in the .125 with with white dot and a rear with yellow trit and no dots.

I have Heine night sights on my SW1911PD -- they have a single tritium dot in the middle of the rear sight.
Novak also offers night sights for S&W 1911 pistols. I'm not sure either of these options meets your requirements.

Not sure. All I can tell you is I ordered the .140" notch in the rear sight as an option.
I believe 10-8 has a rear and Warren Tactical has a set for the S&W 1911 as well.
