I did a little bit of digging: The FireClean lawsuit (FireClean v. Tuohy, 4:16-cv-00604, ED-AZ) was voluntarily dismissed by the parties, with prejudice, last February.
I'm not going to run up my PACER bill, since nobody's paying me. My gut instinct is that the case fell apart either before or after one of both of the Suggs were deposed.

It's been a while since I last visited and don't recall all the details, but there were lots of the filings, and I believe the dismissal, posted by Andrew Tuohy on his blog.

I didn't see anything there about the dismissal of the Arizona case.
