Watched Kong: Skull Island because a friend wanted to go tonight. Went in with gutter-level expectations. Actually had a very enjoyable movie experience. Quite funny and quite fun.

Would you think it was appropriate for a six year old?

No, not quite. Decent bit of cursing including F-bombs. I'm no prude but six is probably a bit young and some parts are a bit scary/adult.

No problem. Great beer drinking and gun cleaning movie though. Only minimal Hollywood message bullcrap, mostly sweet monster fights and gunplay. And a surprising amount of funny.
