"9-1-1 Lone Star" on Fox. Wokeness rammed down my throat. Pass. Oddly enough, my wife and I enjoy regular "9-1-1," as the wokeness feels a bit more organic and easier to stomach.

ETA: wow, the above makes me sound bad

Just got back from Bad Boys for Life. If you liked Bad Boys II you'll like BBFL. I actually felt like 2 hours was a little short for this, they could have stretched it out 20-45 minutes without it dragging on in my opinion. Especially if they gave some of that screen time to Vanessa Hudgens in the club when she was posing as a waitress.

Finished The Mandalorian S1. It’s kind of meh — you have to compare it to Firefly and it is not half as good — but I think many would find it worth watching. The final episode, particularly the cold open, is worth the 8 ep slog.

Finally saw Joker. Loved it. Watched it twice, in fact.

My opinion is, Arthur Fleck just made the whole damn thing up in his head.

I can’t believe we’re not rewatching Letterkenny right now.

The Gentlemen was sort of chaotic fun, if you don't dwell on the logic. Though, at the beginning, it seemed an awful lot like a Lincoln Navigator commercial.

Solid agree. Worth watching, above average, not anywhere close to worthy of the heaps of praise its received.
