Wife and kids were gone all weekend so it was a movie fest at nighttime.

Another vote for Narcos and while your on Netflix, watch Blue Ruin and the show, Bloodlines; both were very good to me.

If you guys have not seen The Americans, I'd highly recommend it.

Edit; just to add, if you are into space/sci-fi but realistic stuff - Gravity with Sandra Bullock is pretty good.
Sorry to necropost, but I just started watching POI and I can't get over the level of leg shooting in the first episode. Please tell me it improves...

I just saw San Andreas this weekend. Was not impressed.

I've been rewatching X-Files on Prime in anticipation of the new season. Seen it all before, of course, but halfway into season 2 now and I'll say that when it's good, it's GOOD (Beyond the Sea and One Breath are my favorites so far) but a lot of the episodes are silly filler.

I was younger when X-Files originally aired, but I am halfway through season 2 as well. And yeah, when it's good, its great!

Rented Inside Out last night with my wife, hated it. She liked Sicario a lot more.

This evening I finally saw the entire Top Gear "Patagonia Special". I am now convinced that the whole license plate thing was inadvertent, and even if it wasn't, the Argies are assholes.

I though Bridge of Spies was a snorefest.

Watched "Patriot" on Amazon last night and thought it was terrific.
