Probably why I can’t stand most lawyer shows. Most every one has some stunt that would get a real lawyer suspended or disbarred.
If we have to march off into the next world, let us walk there on the bodies of our enemies.

My brother in law once commented that he was watching Boston Legal and they had an initial meeting with somebody and when they came back from commercial they were in court, when it had been taking him six months.

Finished the first season of Goliath, starting on the second.

Legal procedurals usually bore me, but Billy Bob Thorton's slightly left of center delivery makes this one entertaining. Not bad.

The first season was very enjoyable. Do yourself a favor and skip the second. It was an abortion, imho. (The missus concurs.)

    Netflix: Medal of Honor.

The stories of Medal of Honor recipients.
In a sort of ghastly simplicity we remove the organ and demand the function. We make men without chests and expect of them virtue and enterprise. We laugh at honour and are shocked to find traitors in our midst. We castrate and bid the geldings be fruitful.” ― C.S. Lewis, The Abolition of Man

Goes downhill in a hurry and winds up with a WTF did I waste my time with this for?

(It should never have gone past the first season. It was bad writing and bad characterizations. Even Billy Bob couldn't save it. In fact he was half the problem and I like the guy.)

It might not be Christmas until I see Hans Gruber fall from Nakatomi Plaza, but there's plenty of December to go and I've got to build up to it. Tonight...

    The Crew - Netflix

It was pretty OK, I watched part of it on the treadmill, part of it on TV, and the end of it on the computer so not like I am going to go all film critic, but I liked it.
