AT&T cable has NHK as a station. It carries a sumo show each day of the tournament. Also, the NHK website carries it, IIRC.

Just finished The Equalizer, really liked it. I have no idea how it compares to the TV show but I hope to find out.

Not necessarily safe for work...but not really objectionable:

Songs in German always sounds to me as though somebody is singing the orders to a Panzer battalion.
If we have to march off into the next world, let us walk there on the bodies of our enemies.

I have really strong nostalgia for the TV show.

I also enjoy seeing Denzel mete out vengeance. Win/win.

The scene where he cuffs the dirty cop in his own car with the hose through the window reminded me a lot of Man on Fire which might be my all-time favorite movie.

Won’t You Be My Neighbor. Caught it in the local art house theater. One of the more interesting and affecting things I’ve seen in a while. Recommended without hesitation.

Cool thread with an animator breaking down some of the more iconic seqeunces from Akira, which turned 30 years old last week. #ifeelold

I was never a big Akira fan personally, but the thing was a spectacular feat of animation.
