Watched "Redemption" last night. Jason Statham (an actor I like who does not take himself too seriously.) Troubled vet who is trying to do the right thing, though perhaps the wrong way. Set mostly in the shady parts of London. Circa 2013.

Solid B+. Directed by Steven Knight. He wrote Eastern Promises with Vigo Mortossen (sp), co created "Who Wants to be a Millionaire and is a writer on Peaky Blinders.

    I binged that last night.

Pretty well done, and certainly creepy enough.

I was under the belief it was a complete series, but alas.

Any idea how many eps are left?

Eight episodes for the first season.

I've see one and two and so far so good.

I think, there will likely be a second season.

I wasnt aware of any of that controversy. This movie was actually a tribute to his father a fireman who was killed in 9/11.
Controversy aside I really enjoyed it.

    Finished Occupied tonight.

Season one was excellent; had lots of promise. Season two was good, but lost some of the edge of the first season. Season three almost seemed like a different show with some of the same actors. I was disappointed with the progression.
