However, would like to see DocGKR's comments on this . . . .

I believe the FBI standard is 12-18" of penetration not 18-20" as he stated in the video then went on to support his position off of incorrect information. IMO 21" of penetration is too much for a pistol round. If it didn't have the extra gelatin block to slow it down that would translate into a pass through on a human torso. Looks like nothing more than a glorified FMJ and a copy of a Phillips head screwdriver...

. . . Not really sure about that. What we're seeing is the temporary cavity making an impression upon the gel (for lack of a better phrase or the correct phraseology). As I've read, the temporary cavity may be as much as up to 30 times the bullet's diameter. In human tissue the temporary cavity contracts. The permanent cavity is basically the path the handgun bullet makes.

It would definitely benefit us if and when Doc shares his opinion.

What does this load do that a vetted and readily available offering on DocGKR's list doesn't?

Cost twice as much and is endorsed by a guy on YouTube with a beard for starters...

I remember that this guy also stated that there was not enough difference between FMJ and JHP to warrant JHP use. In the video he demonstrates his lack of wound ballistics understanding.

Not just that, but it does that without doing any trauma likely to have an impact upon terminal effect. It can LOOK impressive as hell...but so does some of the cooze from the Jersey Shore cast; visually pleasant, but brings nothing to the table in terms of substance because the light in their eyes comes from the hole in the back of their head.

The promised level of "explosive" kinetic effects of low mass/high velocity don't actually appear until we start talking about high fractions of the speed of light.

Until we can all appendix-carry a weaponized Hadron collider, replace the voices of these cats with the sound effect of a wet fart.
