Sorry for the thread-drift, maybe an admin can move this out if necessary:

Dry-Fire Training (http://astore.amazon.com/bensto02-20/detail/1497319633) is all about dry-fire, par times, etc. Great stuff. His previous work has essentially been consolidated into this book.

The other books are about technique (great companion to the Foundations DVD) and life-fire drills/scheduling (very USPSA focused)

Additionally, Foundations (DVD) is all about technique (grip, sights, triggering, etc.) - not totally competition focused. I got a lot out of it, even though I was in it.
