    I would go with either a HPG Kit Bag which is what I usually use now. I have a G19 and I use the original pattern snubby kit bag. It is great. For a G35 you will want an original kit bag or runners/recon kit bag.

    Or a Wilderness Tactical Safe Packer. I used one of these for a G29 while hiking in Glacier a few years ago. It was great for concealment and comfortable. The day pack I wore did not have a waist belt but the Safe Packer should be able to attach to a waist belt.

    I have also heard good things about the Survival Sheath Systems chest rig. It is kydex. I have no experience with it though.

    I would definitely go with the HPG kit bag. I use the Snubby to carry a P2000 in .40. For a G35, you'll need the larger pack. I use mine with a day pack and a larger pack with no issues.
