Intra-state shipping handgun to self

I want to ship my own handgun from Virginia to my residence in CT. It is legal in both states, I have handgun permits in both states.

Is there a way to do this? The ATF explicitly states that shipping a firearm to oneself in another state is legal.
Looking at the policies on the UPS, Fedex, and USPS websites it seems that none of them will ship from an individual to a non-FFL.

I won't be taking the route of "shipping machine parts" or other trickery.
