Did anyone ever find a suitable replacement for this roll pin? Mine’s looking pretty ragged at this point.

    Grrrr.
Do you have anyone with you to help hold the levers squeezed in?

Ha, ha... someone comfortable having fingers near your hammer...

I had problems when I installed my carry levers. This thread helped:

Brownells, Midway & Midwest Gun Works usually have them in stock.

Ok, I remember reading that they were hard to find. Brownells is out but Midwest Gun Works has them. Thanks!

I like to keep quite a few spares on hand. They are inexpensive.

    It didn't seem that different?

Either way, just knowing where the friction points are is huge and both sets of instructions pointed that out.

Victory over that #@&&* decocker spring - I took Storm’s advice and had my wife squeeze the assembly while I tapped the pin into place. The slightly too small slave pin (1/16”) must have been allowing the right lever to lift just enough to allow the outer loop of the spring to slip out of place.

I’m still going to replace the pin and spring. The pin looks like a rabid beaver took it for a date and if the spring was pinched a few times I don’t know that I trust it long term, but at least the pistol is functional again.

Thanks for all the advice, people!

I took advantage of a long boring meeting to install a spurless hammer and LTT trigger bar. Now *that’s* the DA I wanted.
