Upgraded my grinder recently to a Monolith Conical. I’ve had it a week now and can’t say enough good things about it. If you are looking for a single dose grinder Kafatek seems to be the top of the food chain.

We have also gotten a new Macap M7D grinder to go with the LaMarzocca Linea Mini espresso maker--both work flawlessly...

This is the current work loadout. I'm very pleased. It gets about 2-4 cups run through it a day, and they're always exceptionally good.

Into a Douglas DC-3 mug, no less. (tips hat)

Off topic, but is that a photo of JP Sartre in the background?

https://www.theroasterie.com/ -- the DC3 is their logo, and one decorates their factory.

That is literally the opposite of JP Sartre -- st JPtG, or Karol Wojtyla at that point.

Whoops! If you're going to be wrong, at least be funny...

I'm looking up the Roasterie's blends now.

Anyone have the Jura A1 espresso maker? Kind of expensive, but at one of the stores the “expert” raved about it. I have been loving my original Nespresso maker. Ok, you can laugh, but it’s been super convenient and a pretty wide variety of espresso with their little pods. It’s actually got me very interested in the whole looking at going up a level or two.
