    Practice ammunition?

What is everyone here using for training / practice sessions?

    I use:

    RWS (RUAG) 124g FMJ

    Winchester Q4318 124g FMJ

    Federal WM5199 115g FMJ

    Federal XM9RO1 95g JSP

Will give Wolf ammo a try for the next 1000 rounds.

    Frank,
What are you shooting in Berlin, DE?

I didn't know Wolf was available to sport shooters in Germany.

whatever walmart has on their shelves at the time is what I practice with. Usually Federal, WWB, or occasionally UMC. I had a lot less issues when they had Blazer Brass before Federal. I mainly shoot at indoor ranges that dont let you shoot steel or lead.

Got 2000 rounds right from the "Frankonia" store in Berlin.

I'm not exactly a sport shooter.

Nice. How much per 1,000, if you don't mind me asking?

I either shoot walmart federal ammo 9mm, or my own 9mm reloads 124gr Berry's plated.

    € 258 for 1000 rounds .40 wolf 180 gr = 356,41 USD
    € 159 for 1000 rounds 9mm wolf 124 gr = 219.67 USD

as you can see, practicing is expensive around here. Wolf ammo is one of the cheapest ammo, if you want a more reputable brand, you can easily add 50 %.
