Outside of a couple of people high in your own organization, who does HSI protect? Didn't realize dignitary protection was something HSI did.

During Election years, USSS borrows Special Agents from other agencies to assist with USSS protection duties. Pre-DHS it was other Treasury Department LE Agencies including US Customs and ATF.

USSS was rolled over from Treasury to DHS after 9/11 and US Customs Investigations was rolled into HSI/ICE when DHS was created.

Even with the help, being a USSS SA during an election year is a tough gig.

I have experienced no issues with it thus far - with the rmr.

I have another one which I will be getting a cheaper optic and seeing if that changes things.

It is a cool little blade, that's for sure. If it were a few $ cheaper, I'd have every color option they make.

My EDC the past couple days. No guns at work so just the basics. Just got the GB2. Excited to try out this m4 steel.
