No leather backing on the Shaggy.

Re the texturing on the Glock
    Treebark 360/magwell cuts
    Finger grooves removed
Touch points above trigger guard L/R
Very mild undercut and thinning underside of trigger guard to minimize Glock Knuckle.

Spyderco Delica. It’s half serrated. I’ve carried a Spyderco Delica since 1995. They’re good utility knives for what an officer needs daily.

Though I'm constantly experimenting, these are my current EDC lights.

The bottom light is used for general illumination purposes. It is a 100% Malkoff light comprised of a (now discontinued) 1CR123 shrouded body (current version here), a VME bezel and a M61L drop-in, running on a 16340 cell. I'm finding its 230-lumen output with 2+ hours of runtime a good balance for my needs. It rides unnoticed in the bottom of my front pants pocket.

The top light, what I refer to as my Light Saber (discussed here) is configured entirely as a SD light. It's made up of a Malkoff E2 Hyper Throw head, a Surefire L4 Digital Lumamax body from ebay with a Lumens Factory 2-way Long Clip, and a twisty tailcap from a Surefire Tactician that I found on the M4C equipment exchange. It rides in a Kytex Gear horizontal belt carrier at the 11 o'clock position in total comfort yet readily accessible for fast deployment. Alternatively, it rides fine clipped to the inside of a pocket.

Perhaps the biggest take-away is that two EDC lights are better than one, and having each tightly-configured for a specific task is working very well for me.

After scratching the surface of the possibilities made available by the MRDS pistol world, I am going all in. Current EDC has become the Gen 5 MOS 17 with ACRO. Carried in a JMCK AIWB light bearing to accommodate an X300U. I carry an issued Gen 4 21 for work, but this has pretty much taken over for all my other needs.

The holster was a special order. Discreet Carry clips placed close together, no wing attachment, and a foam wedge. It is everything I hoped it could be. Basically a light capable original AIWB which has always been my favorite model.

It is an Emerson Knives Kwaiken - One of Ernie's 'Signature Series' blades, limited to 63-pieces (this one is #62 of 63). If you find one for sale today, it will probably cost as much as a Colt 1911.

I do not actually normally carry a fixed blade this big, instead opting for one of Shivworks' Clinch Picks (on the right) which are about a hundred bucks new from Shivworks Product Group.

@RevolverRob she is a beauty! I knew I never seen a knife like that before. A clinch pick is next on my list! I use my eldris and bk14 more of a small bushcraft knife around my property.
