This is the Malkoff Wildcat v.6 in neutral tint (90 CRI) on a MD3 body with a Malkoff Tricap tail cap. I am powering this light with a pair of KeepPower 18500 2000mah protected cells, which provides approximately 45 minutes of run time on high (and days on low). This light produces an amazing flood pattern with no central hot spot. The CRI 90 rating means the beam produces very natural color on objects illuminated with it.

I experimented with a pocket clip that attaches to the body under the tail cap and at 6-1/4" AOL and a weight of 8 ounces, it carries quite well in a front jeans pocket. Perhaps not EDC comfortable when sitting, but certainly not objectionable. I'll be installing a Raven Concealment Pocket Clip and toting this beauty around with me to see how it carries.

Regarding the Malkoff, what is the advantage of the Tricap tail over the standard tail cap?

Primarily, I find it's easier to access the tail cap button with the thumb when held in an over hand ("icepick") hold. Additionally it provides more stable tail standing, which is great for when the light is used for area lighting by bouncing off a ceiling, and also prevents the light from rolling when placed on its side.

Just put the Ameriglo Fed sights on. I prefer the thinner front sight on these vs. the bolds.

Now you need to buy an orange dial watch on an orange strap.
