Assuming you got the cant you wanted, how does it compare to the SME?
It's about 90% as comfortable right now. The extra cant will help, I'm sure. It sits a little higher, and the grip doesn't tuck as much as the SME. I have yet to fool the wing settings to adjust that. But it's good enough that I'm getting another.
I currently have two SME's for 1911, but I like to have every carry gun in it's own holster. That way when I pick a different gun to carry, I just grab the whole "assembly" instead of swapping pistols into one holster. And finding a used SME for a railed gun, with optic, isn't easy.

Probably an OD Glock but you could also put OD VCD or Magpul grips on a 1911.The question is: What gun best matches?
