The "thing" on the far right holding a TQ, magazine, and a IFAK (I assume?)...is that a belly band-type setup or something else? I'm curious how/what you can carry in it.
It's for the ankle. My lower back hates me from years of abuse so I wanted to have a counter weight on the other side. It has a 19rd mag, TQ, and z-fold hemostat bandage is in the center pocket.
