That's a HighNoon Hideaway in horsehide w/clip.
Excellent minimalist, low riding AIWB holster for sub-compacts.
No wedge, no tuck, rides low, so it's best for short barrels and stubby grips like the H&K SK's.
That particular holster is around 10 years old with daily use.
It also went through two SouthNarc ECQC classes (including the entanglement stuff with my blue gun SK in it).
It's pretty nasty looking now, but the horsehide still holds its shape and it functions perfectly.
I have another for my P30SK and my VP9SK.
I tried one with my P2000 but the muzzle poked me in the nads and it was a no go.

It's a modified Zebra. The body is from a F-701, the clicker and clip are from a F-402, and then I fiddled with the guts to put a Rite in the Rain cartridge.
Modification write up
I'm pondering reverse engineering it and having some pieces turned and making a pen up that has no plastic at all (the 701 still has plastic guts inside). I've been looking for the perfect budget steel pen and probably became too much of a pen nerd.

@ragnar_d - this is a useful pen that you may want to look at. I have given several as gifts and carry one regularly. The folks who received them also like them.

The also make a nice mechanical pencil.
Hope that helps.
