Excellent book and I have already read it and loaned it to a friend. I'll post a review on Amazon this weekend, when I have time to write up something worthy.

I just finished it this morning after starting it last night. I stayed up too late reading. I'm at home while tile guys are putting in a floor. It was a very good book. I'll loan it to my Dad. We do the Kindle loans. Thank you for the thread LL.
