Went by the local Cabelas. Well stocked with common ammo. Lots of FMJ 9mm of various types. Best deal with 100 round box of Herter (their brand) for $35. Lots of Blazer and WWB for $20 ish. Piles and piles of 40. SD ammo - not so much except HST micro 9mm 124 gr for $32.99
Lots of 223, 7.62 x 51.
Decent selection of handguns - standard semis, Glocks, SW Shields, 365s - old guy looking at one, clerk saying he didn't see why you need a dot for carry.
Carry revolvers - low - the usual J frames - sold. The lone LCR in 327 Mag still there as it has been for months at $609. It tempts me but not that much. I don't really need it and 'want' level is low. Lots of the new Ruger 22LR single action less expensive revolver but the price is higher than the LGS around here.
kygunco.com has some pretty good prices on 22 ammo for 2/22/22. Sale lasts until 2/27/22.
Precision Delta has 45 ACP 230gr FMJ- Remanufactured Ammunition on sale for $126/250. No idea if this stuff is good, bad or indifferent but here you go...

Just bought 1000rds of Winchester 230gr FMJ Q4170 from ableammo for $517 shipped, no tax.
I’ve used their .38 Special remanufactured wadcutters. Smokey but no other issues.
abguns.com has 115 gr. Norma for $14.99 a box. I ordered another 1K rounds tonight. I have a decent supply on hand, but prices seem to be trending up lately.

Those leaded the crap out of a 640-1 and a GP100 MC. Throats measured .359 and .3585. They would probably have been OK in a K frame with .357 throats.
