Who do we like for fanny packs?

Here's what I came up with for my wife... The 5.11 Carry Pack with my own Kydex insert bolted into it for stability and retention.
The way the muzzle inserts into the "side pocket" creates the optical illusion that there is definitely not a full size gun inside... Perhaps a .380 or Snubby but definitely not a G48.

Yes actually, the insert itself is sized to fit tightly into the sleeve creating a surprising stable anchor to draw from... When worn there is no sagging or shifting of the pistol when drawing. The bolt is there mostly to prevent the Kydex from coming out with the pistol. I would not risk jumping around with the flap open, but closed up, no problems. Note that one could add a second anchor bolt closer to the muzzle if so desired but I didn't feel it was necessary. Also note, I failed to mention that I secured the anchor bolt through both sides of the bag for security, and that I removed the zip pulls from the useless side pockets as they were just additional clutter.
