Another happy and grateful "holster hacker" here. I did this simple and inexpensive mod on Friday and wore my rig the whole weekend to give it a go. The increase in comfort is nothing short of phenomenal. Previously, I couldn't wait to take the holster off after a few hours due to discomfort. I even experimented with closed cell foam weather stripping which did not get the job done. This mod has refreshed my enthusiasm for AIWB carry! Thank you for sharing!
Best mod to an AIWB holster ever. My JMCK AIWB (without Extra Tuck) now rides & hides better, it's more stable/planted, and it feels better than ever.
And to think that I was thinking about ditching this holster and ordering a new one with Extra-Tuck...

Modded my JMCK AIWB for my Glock 17 yesterday in this configuration and have had this on for 10 hours today, plus 3.5 seated in the car. Very comfortable!
