Nubie checking in
Hope this is in the right place. Jeepgal sent me over and said she was learning a lot from "youse guys" with her new hobby--shooting. Guess I am a gun nut(one who has a gun in every room but still carries in case he gets jumped in the hall way) LOL. I do enjoy shooting. Used to shoot comp with rifle/pistol when in the Marines. Never could outshoot my "gunny" consistantly but gave him a run for his money. Now I teach "point shooting" occasionally more than aimed shots--that also. Jeep and I are going to do some "country shootin" shortly--mostly just blasting and having fun at it. Glad to be here and always looking for better techniques/stances/ and tips. When one stops learning they are in a pitiful state--probably kalifornia--LOL. Look forward to getting to know folks. If you are local to NC/SC we are having our fall gathering by the range 7-8-9 Oct. Hope some from here can make it.
